The Shirpser Living Schoolyard opened in August 2026. The project transformed 3.37 acres across the campus for about 500 students, adding 62 new trees, five outdoor classrooms with native plants and stormwater gardens, shaded seating in the parent waiting area, new nature play features in the kindergarten yard, and a tree-lined loop path circling the main play field.
Shirpser families celebrated the new schoolyard on August 13, 2026. Students are already using the outdoor classrooms, nature play areas, and the loop path around the play field.
